WORST COMPANY.

The company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I was LIED to and I have never felt so much anxiety and so attacked. I signed a contract stating that my car would be driven to my house with a specific flat rate. After paying my deposit of $100 with my credit card and receiving my copy of my contract. I was told a SPECIFIC price to pay the driver in CASH upon delivery. I took the SPECIFIC money that my contracted STATED out of the bank and I was thrilled to have my car on it's way to my home. Upon delivery, the driver called me to confirm my house and told me a different price than what I signed up for. I frantically called the company, but no one would answer my calls or emails. When the driver showed up to my house, he had a DIFFERENT contract than what I had from the same company. I called the person I signed my contract with and he refused to answer my calls and the driver's calls. After going online and calling several numbers for the business, I finally got in touch with someone ON THREE WAY. The person from the company on the phone told me one story and then the driver pitched in and then the company changed their story. The person on the phone switched it to another person and the person on the other side of the phone began to yell at me and degrade me. I have never in my life been talked to the way that the man on the phone talked to me. I was shocked that I would ever sign up for a company that has this kind of negative, terrible customer service. The man on the phone told me that he was going to send me a Christmas picture of everyone in their office while I heard everyone in the background laughing at me. He also said he did not have time to "deal" with my situation and to pay the driver the amount that he wanted or else he was going to put a LIEN on MY car. I have never written a bad review about any companies, but this company does not deserve anyone's hard earned money. I can not say a single bad thing about the driver, he handled the situation VERY professionally. Could you imagine if the company had contracted the move of the vehicle to a hostile driver who would have gotten mad at me over the situation? All of my paperwork in my hand that I was given from the company did not match up with the driver's paperwork. Even well after this experience, I still have a lot of high anxiety. Getting my car here was supposed to be an exciting experience, not a scary, anxiety one. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company again and I will make it a point to relay the message to every single person I know.
