Don't waste your time with these guys. I booked a month and a half before the shipping date, and once they had a deposit, I never heard from them again. The day before my car was supposed to be picked up, I called my company contact, left a vm. Then I called the main company line, and once again, it went to vm. It seems they don't like actually talking to existing customers. So I sent an email, and was told they would check I was still booked. After getting no follow up, I asked again, and was told I should get a call from the driver the following day. I got no call, and my car was never picked up. So the day after, I sent another email saying to cancel my order, and that I wanted a refund of the deposit. I got a one word response: "ok". No apology for the lack of service, no offers for another pick up, nothing. Im guessing that they wont send a refund, and Ill need to call my cc company.
Thankfully, because I saw the awful reviews after booking, I had a backup plan in place, so Ill still get my car out west. Moral of the story, avoid these crooks like the plague, and go with a real shipping company.
