My car arrived in a week and was not damaged, so the most important things were good. But I was given assurance that I would be charged the winter rate since I made the reservation in February, but when it came time to confirm, I was charged a higher amount. I feel that the company should have stood by the original "confirmed quote" that was given to me in writing.
There was a problem with the pick up date - it was confirmed for AFTER I left town, but the company was very flexible in making alternate arrangements to pick up the car from my church. The deliver person was very nice and my car arrived in good shape.
I know these arrangements are complicated for a cross country move, so I would recommend this company because the most important aspects of the transaction were satisfactory. Thanks!
