This was my first ever auto shipment, so you can understand how nervous I was. I needed to ship my car because I was moving to Wisconsin for school and needed a reliable company. It was important for me to find a company that I could trust, is reliable, personal, willing to answer all of my questions about this whole process, and most importantly, will deliver my car on time and in its original condition. So as usual, I browsed through many reviews, compared and spoke to many companies, and narrowed it down to a few that were informative and contacted me in a timely manner.
However, after speaking to these companies, I realized that only 4U Auto Transport is able to ship my car out to Wisconsin in 5-7 days compared to the other companies that needed 13 days in advance. Before putting my orders in, she kindly informed me that there were at least two transporters that could accommodate my schedule (most companies don't garantee delivery dates, but Dottie made sure that my transporters were able to ship my car until after I moved to Wisconsin). So based on the price, sincerity, and time, I decided to ship my car through this company. It was absolutely the right decision for me! My car was shipped within 7 days, arrived in its original condition (was a little dirty afterwards but it was understandable, considering how many miles the car had traveled). Also, the shipment was door to door, so I didn't need to worry about picking up my car at another location.
Also, I stored some personal belongings in the trunk of my car (about 100 lbs) because I just couldn't bring everything across the states, so I was worried about that. But the driver assured me that everything would be fine, loaded my car and went on his way. And of course, when my car arrived, everything was in its place, and the transaction was as smooth as it could be!
Throughout the process, whenever I had any questions (through calls or emails), Dottie would always reply in a timely manner and was always available, patient, genuine, and very easy to talk to(which made me that much more comfortable in trusting her with my car shipment). After the shipment, she contacted me to make sure that everything went smoothly and asked me about my opinion on the transporter. To me, that shows a great level of committment, which I value highly.
Overall, it was quite a long searching process for me, so I hope this review will save you time. Because if you are searching for that right company, Dottie is definitely the one to help you with your car. I sinerely recommend 4U Auto Transport to everyone out there who needs a company that you can trust, can ship your car in half the time, and gives a fair price.
