I was generally very pleased with the company's performacne. The lack of timiliness in pickup and delivery was not within their control, but their kept me informed of the status at all times, consistently and proactively called to let me know what was happening, and made sure that my "anxiety level" was kept in check. After dealing with several other companies who could not or would not produce, and who were less than honest in their dealings, Dottie at 4U was a breath of fresh air, and I would definitely recommend their services.
