It was all in all a difficult experience but it all worked out at the end. The first transporter was rude and showed up more then a day late and was very unprofessional and didn't call nor return phone calls in a timely manner. After switching transporter, the second transporter was more competent but also showed up very late. The delivery went well and the car was delivered on time without any exterior damages. The inside of the car however was VERY dirty, specially in the side panel of the driver and the seat and carpet. My interior is light beige leather. It was all black with grease stains everywhere.
My boyfriend's car which was scheduled to leave a few days before my car was the best transporter service ever. Not only was the transporter on time, super professional, great with follow up and calling, but in addition the car arrived earlier then we expected in the same condition as it left our origin. We were very pleased with that service although my car transport was not as successful or stress free.
Dottie was very professional, with good follow up. Friendly and professional and available even late in the evening during the whole process.

The customer is correct in both instances with these carriers-I was able to find the second carrier right away and I did call them in reference to the cleaning of her car. Mike and Anna were great to work with and I do hope I can work with them agan. I am sorry this had to happen to you.
