Great service and I would use them again. Please note that while there was a delay in vehicle pickup, the delay was due to bad weather (snowstorms). Dottie worked hard to get the car picked up ASAP and kept in contact. We had to depart the pickup location and couldn't wait for the car to be picked up, but Dottie had a solution for that too: just leave the keys w/ a neighbor or friend. The weather delay actually worked in our favor... That gave us time to get into our new house so that the car was delivered there instead of the hotel. Thank you!
