While doing our due diligence on selecting a company to set up transportation of our new Mercedes from NJ to FL, we found many companies who sounded like they were set up in an open room cold-calling customers like in the movies. Dottie was the only one who sounded like she actually cared about our business from the start. She was easy to talk to, understood that we were first time transport customers and went above and beyond in her assistance. Once she set up the transport, she could have said her job was done. But she stayed with us until the delivery was made. When the contracted auto transport company didn't call or check in at all with us OR her, and didnt' deliver on Saturday like they said they would, Dottie made phone calls and followed-up for us. She got them to call us to let us know when the delivery was to be made. She really did an outstanding job! Should we ever have the need for an auto transport, or know anyone who might, Dottie will be the one to handle that need. Hands down, she is THE one to call!
