Don't use this company. After being quoted a rate of 600.00 and a pick up day.. 3 weeks later the car was finally picked up. I had made numerous phone calls to carlos and his staff, only to be lied to over and over of the pick up date. By the time the car finally arrived. The car was held ransom by the transport company until i paid more than was quoted. I had a bill of lading from 477 that stated i owed 475.00 the car carrier (brokered) had another invoice from 477 stating COD 550.00. I paid the extra money to release my car. I did not trust leaving my car in the area. This took place on a Sunday. Monday when 477 auto opened. I called and explained the incident that had taken place and was told to take it up with the truck carrier that hauled my car. I gave up.. 125.00 is not worth fighting with these people..

To whom it may concern: Mrs. Debbie is only stating 1 side of the story. First driver went out there and her EX husband refused to release the car. So we rescheduled for the following week. The 2nd time with a different driver went out there to pick up on a Saturday the truck was fill to the window lip on both side of the vehicle. The driver called into the office and left a message that he was going to charge an extra $125 as per the contract stated and singed by Mrs. Debbie.
