I had contacted 477 to pick up my sports car. they sent me a quote of $525, stating that they owned there on trucks,and the journey would only take 3-4 days. When I called to book the pick up, Carlos told me they couldn't do it for the quoted price, we settled on $ 575. Then he informed me that they would have to farm out the shipping to another service. ( I SHOULD HAVE SEEN WARNING FLAGS ). I went ahead and gave them my credit card # for the $150 deposit. They gave me a pick up day and told me the driver would call the day before. The day came and went. No call and no driver. When I called to complain. One Carlos would tell me I would have to speak to the other Carlos, and that they would get back to me. They didn't . When I demanded that they reimburse me. I was told that I needed to send them an E mail, canceling my order, and I would be reimbursed. I am still waiting. Carlos has responded to other negative press by claiming negative reviews from competition. or that the issue has been resolved.
I don't believe it. BUYER BEWARE!
