I am the owner of 4 Seasons AUTO TRANSPORT. I get so many calls and complaints specially over the weekends. I am now getting negative reviews because of them I tried to call to speak with the owner to try and work something out but this guy TOM was so rude and disgusting. They are a fairly new brokerage, i will not save any more orders for them. Since TOM decided that he was going to be nasty I will not talk to their customers and calm them down I will start doing what almost ALL brokers do, take their orders. I wouldn't be posting this review would the owner get on the phone with me and try to work something out this is horrible. I wish they change their name or something. I cant keep getting these bad reviews because of them. BE CAREFUL when booking with them THis is what the customer wrote
"Took my 150.00 deposit. Dispatch out of Long Beach Scheduled driver canceled. Never found another driver. They did not refund my money! Emailed 3 times, call every day and will continue to do so. Needs to speak to manager to get my money. Notifying Attorney Generals office in Florida and California." Lori Guibor
