I had originally talked with a different company but they sstopped returning my calls since I had specific days I needed the car delivered and they apparently could not accomodate me. I called 360 pretty last minute and they were very professional and worked very hard to accomodate my schedule. They picked up within 2 days of my calling and delivered my vehicle in good shape the next day. The driver was great and made both pick up and delivery very convenient for me, as loading can be very difficult in Chicago. Ann was very professional and friendly as well. Overall, a good experience.
