I actually shopped around quite a bit and 360 was very reasonable and seemed the most personal of all the responses we recieved which is why I picked them in the first place. They are also their own courier and not a broker (we had a bad experience with a broker before). We were shipping a non-running 65 Corvette which we would meet on the US side of the border (we're in Canada) and we weren't able to pick the car up until the weekend so the contract was a bit restricted, but that didn't appear to be a problem for 360. We were in no rush to have the car shipped as we knew that finding a driver to go to Montana was tough even in addition to our delivery restrictions; whenever someone was available would be fine.

Because the delivery location was Montana, 360 had to sublet the job out to Motion Express, which is a whole other story. Jon notified me that a driver was available to pick the car up the next day, but the car wasn't quite ready for pickup due to a missing part on our end that was needed for shipping. After that I dealt with Ann (I'm not sure where Jon went) and a week later we were notified by email reciept that out car had been picked up the day before (no pre-notification that time, although they might have been worried we would cancel again) and after that it was motion express.

Ann was very helpful throughout the whole transaction and was very apologetic for Motion Express' customer service and she assured me that they would no longer be employing their services. I wish that 360 had been able to ship our car themselves but it didn't work out that way this time. They quoted us 1000, but we only paid them 50 and the rest went to Motion Express.

I think I will use 360 again, but not if they have to sublet. I definately don't like brokers.
