Do not use 2J's for any transportation needs. They will promise you the world and then lie to you about their ability to get a driver for you on time, for that price, and make excuses throughout. I was promised on a Wed that the driver would pick it up by Fri, and when it got late in the day, they kept making excuses. No one came. No one answered the phones at all on Sat. Nothing happened until Mon and they told me the price was going UP $150 for a nonsense excuse about snowbirds. So all the snowbirds were shipping their cars on Mon and not 3 days earlier, got it, makes sense. Then they tell me the driver would have it to me in "one day transit time," which was also a lie - it took over 50 hours! Not the driver's fault, he ran his route to pick up and drop off other vehicles, but don't tell me one day when you know that it will be longer by more than another 24 hours! From now on, I'm using Lightning Auto Transport and so should you!

Mr. Garcia. First, if you want to discuss honesty, let's discuss yours. When you booked your large Range Rover, you said that you wanted to be at $550, we said we would try, but it is "Snowbird Season" and prices coming out of Florida at this time of year are at a premium. Snowbird Season is not nonsense, it's a fact in the transportation industry, do some research, you'll be able to test our veracity on this matter. We did have to raise your price, but to $650, which was $100 additional, not the $150 that you stated in your review. You called us every 1/2 hour for an entire weekend, so yes, we did stop picking up your calls, we had nothing to say until the driver was booked on Monday, just like we said it would be. It did take 50 hours from pick up to delivery (we told you it's a 1-2 day delivery) Sorry about the extra 2 hours, but you didn't book a private flatbed service, the driver had other clients for pick up and delivery. We have glowing reviews on here, yelp and uShip. Sorry that you were frustrated, but it's was vehicle transportation, the slight delay which was only 1 business day in the pick up time was due to trying to stick to the budget that you dictated. Next time, book in advance and save yourself some stress. It was 6 days from the day you booked to the day your vehicle was delivered. Have a great life. We have a friendly, content office full of an honest, hard-working team, we do our best to make everyone happy, but there are those in life that you just can't please no matter what.
