I am completely satisfied with the quality of customer service provided by the representative of the company Mr. Julian Cardona. He was helpful and proactive. He had a secondary person to cover him on the couple of days when he was off work. He followed up regularly by phone to make sure the car was picked up and to inquire after the car arrived at the destination.
