My car was being shipped from CT to OR, we live in WA. So, I signed the agreement before we left so that we'd know when the car would be picked up. The pickup was scheduled for Wed morning, so we arrived on Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday afternoon I was told that the original driver was no longer available and that the new company would pick up the car on Wednesday afternoon. I agree and signed the new agreement. I was then told that he would email me the details so that I could contact them. by noon on Wednesday I had not heard anything so I contacted the main number of 1st Class and they forwarded the email. With that I contacted he company. I was told that their contract was for pickup on Friday/Saturday. After rereading the email. I found that they were correct- it was to be Friday/Saturday. So we had another 2-days to wait for pickup (not happy). Then they finally came at 8:00 pm Saturday night. Then I had to help the driver load the car since he had never loaded a Corvette and couldn't find where to chain-up the car.
