I was impressed by the customer service representatives at 1st Choice. The first girl who called me after my initial inquiry via the internet was very courteous and very imformative. Gave me the impression that they really wanted to help me get the vehicle to my daughter as easily as possible. They were not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. When I placed my order to have the car transported, the paperwork via fax and a phone call was all that was needed. Confirmation was instant and the very next day, I received a phone call from the driver that he would be picking up the car the next morning. When the driver Dave came over, he explained everything, said it will be approx. 5 days to get the car to Minnesota. Four days later, my daughter called that her car had arrived just in time for her birthday. She was so happy to have her car. I was so happy to have done the transport this way instead of driving or towing the vehicle up there myself.
