Smooth Process

I received our vehicle last Friday. Everything went very smoothly from
the initial contact call to get information and all other contact via phone
and e-mail. After reading several "horror stories" on-line regarding
transportation of a vehicle, I was quite nervous and skeptical that it
wouldn't go without a hitch. However, it did! The only "complaint" I have was
that I was told it would be picked up in approximately a week and it was
closer to two and a half weeks - not a big deal, but I would give a bigger
time frame estimate to begin with or send an e-mail updating the time frame
if it has gone beyond the original time stated - probably easier and safer to
just give a larger time frame. Anyhow, it was a very smooth process.

The driver (Ward) from Whataway To Go was very nice and professional. The price
was one of the best we received without a doubt. Thank You!
