Thanks for a pleasant experience. I have not seen the car at delievry because it is to be shipped overseas, but I hope everything will be fine. I was happy however about how quickly you not only got my vehicle scheduled; it was picked up the very next day! I really needed it at the port right away and you came through!
I have these comments:
1. please make it clear at least a week earlier than the pickup date that the credit card charge is good only for the commission/deposit and that the driver is to be paid seaprately. We had to go out of our way to convince the driver it was ok.
2. it is better if you can charge the entire amount on the credit card. This gives piece of mind to the customer.
