Very satisfied with the transport. Arrived on time, actually picked up at the earliest of my time " available windows". Plenty of communication. No "hide and seek", answering machines or "phone tag" with both the Broker and the transporter. Car arrived in perfect shape.
Did what they said they would do. And then some. As I did not return before my car did, my broker received it for me, and held it until could get back.
Have shipped, driven, had drivers, put on the train, etc. Every way you could transport a vehicle I have tried. Not satisfied until now.
Will be not only usng Eric again, but will highly recommend him to all I meet.
In a word Professional.
