I contacted Eric Sailer of 1st Call Auto Haul on Tuesday after reviewing a number of auto transport companies reviews and ratings. The reviews and ratings for Eric Sailer were very positive and convinced me to try him. He had a transport company there the very next day, however there were issues and problems with that company. They were several hours late and then were unable to load our car for several reasons. I called Eric back. He apologized sincerely and said that he would find another company that could handle the job. He located another transporter and called me on Thursday to get my approval. That company then called me later that afternoon, scheduled the pickup for Sunday, and delivered it to me (325 miles) on Monday at 12:30 pm. They were right on time for both the pickup and delivery, calling me about an hour before arrival to let me know when he would be there. Throughout the process, Eric Sailer was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and was a real pleasure to deal with. His quoted price was right in line with many of the quotes that I received. If I ever need to move a car again, I will certainly give him a call.
