This is my 6th transport with 1st Call Auto Haul. My wife cannot tolerate the heat here in Arizona so she returns to our home in NYC and I remain here (a great 4 month vacation, lol). Now, she cannot be without her Beetle convertible, so I have to transport it there in June and have it returned in September, the dates have always been flexible. Now I must impress upon whomever reads this review that 1st Call Auto Hall is the very BEST at what they do. I have NEVER had a problem with pick-up, delivery, damages, theft, lateness or rudeness from eric or any of the drivers. This last transport is the first time I had an enclosed carrier, and the transporter covered the convertible top so there would be no leakage unto the top from cars above. A very considerate detail. The communications with 1st Call Auto Hall and the drivers have ALWAYS been excellent. They would always notify me when they were on the way for the pick-up and when they were to deliver.
As I stated above they are the BEST. I will always use them for any transports I have in the future.
