I contacted Ist Haul after being given the run around by another Broker. Eric was very detailed, polite and earnest in his communications. I had a good experience with Eric @ 1st Haul.

The hauling company were not as professional. They picked up my vehicle about an hour prior to the time suggested. Which was ok except they turned up without notice. They were not communicative at all. It isn't asking for much to be given a ballpark ETA. I kept having to call them and leave voicemails. I always left polite messages. It was only when Eric intervened did they respond to my messages. The driver of the hauler did everything he could to avoid dropping off my vehicle in the vicinity of my address. I could tell he was trying to cram in his schedule to suit his needs which were closer to a major highway downtown even though there were plenty of large parking lots to accomodate the trailer and a quick 5-min access to the interstate from my destination address in the suburbs.
