Eric was very responsive to my inquiries. The car had mechanical problems on the day our first pick-up was scheduled rendering inoperable. Eric was very understanding and quickly found a second transporter within a few days. The car arrived on time and in good condition. The only complaint is that a vehicle on the top rack or the transport truck leaked transmission fluid onto the Passat. Regarding the overall process, though, I was very satisfied with the consistent communication of both Eric and the transport company. I would definitely use 1st Call again.
