I strongly recommend Eric Sailer and 1st Call. He delivered an extraordinary level of customer service and was committed to transporting my new vehicle (that would utlimately reach its final destination in Miss.) right away. I was in a really bad spot because another, "bigger" company left me hanging after 15 days. (see separate review) 1st Call went above and beyond, and Eric really went out of his way to help me find a SOLUTION. He's a troubleshooter and problem solver! Based on my bad experience with the previous company my expectations were low, but 1st Call blew me away! From the outset, I knew that this company cared. They made me feel like I was their most important customer and highest priority. Wow! Everyone should give these guys a call. When I spoke w/Eric, I told him I needed my vehicle NOW and he delivered. My order was dispatched the very next day. But it gets better- -it goes beyond Eric... the driver was VERY accomodating; willing to meet me out of his way and late at night.
