After speaking with several companies I choose Eric from 1st Call Auto Haul because he spent atleast 30 minutes explaining this business to me and how it works. He has a true interest in keeping his customers happy and relaxed. He did absolutely everything that he said he would. He was always available, and if I left him a message, he returned the call the very same day. The company he used to get our car out to California was I'm Pulling For You. I can't say enough about them as well...their daughter Tywana called me over the weekend as Eric said she would to arrange a pick up date and time, the day of the pickup her mother Gloria called me for directions and met me at the location, ON TIME...both Gloria and her husband were polite, knowledable and honest people. They told me the car would be in California Monday, Tuesday the latest and it arrived Monday morning. I can't say enough about the wonder customer service of these 2 companies...and I thank Eric so much for keeping his promises and having such fabulous carriers to deal with this transport. I have read all these horror stories...my advise...CALL ERIC AT 1ST Call Auto Hall...I GIVE ERIC OF 1ST CALL AUTO HAUL AND I'M PULLING FOR YOU 10++++++
Again, the customer service of these 2 companies went above and beyond !!!!!!!11
