This was a great company to use for shipping your car. Eric was very cordial and knowledgeable about the business. The price was not the lowest I received, but felt more comfortable and at ease talking to 1st Call Auto Haul. Everytime I had questions, I received prompt response even if I had to leave a message.
Initially it took longer than I expected to get the car picked up, but Eric and Lisa were always in communication about the status and why the delay. I was not in a hurry, so I did not mind, but definitely appreciated the open line of communication. Also, when the car was picked up, the driver of the transport company was great to work with. He delivered the car sooner than I initially expected too.
1st Call Auto Haul will be the first on my call list if I need to ship another vehicle. Thank you for the great service.
