I must admit that I was concerned about sending my car from Wisconsin to Arizona. I did a great deal of research because you never truly know what you may get. Although I am a person who looks for the best price I knew that with something this important I must skimp to obtain the best result.

Eric was extremely efficient and a pleasure to work with. There was a bit confusion with the confirmation of when the SUV would be picked up but that was rectified in the end. The driver had a maintenance issue which caused the delivery to be put out by a day. This was not an issue because the driver was in contact with me and did let me know what was happening. After all, this could happen even if my SUV was driven to the destination. The Carrier Driver was extremely pleasant and professional. He also provided a contact number for his cell phone.

All in all, my experience was a delight and I highly recommend 1st Call Auto Haul.
