It took just 6 days(my car was the first one unload) to move my car from Southern CA to Northern VA in perfect condition. Eric left a message to confirm my order and he already arranged the carrier along with available pick up date which is perfect for my moving schedule. After we went over the detail, the carrier was supposed to call me to verify the exact pickup schedule and location but they didn't. I made couple of phone calls to Eric and he took care of it very well. After then, from pick up to drop off, whole moving process was smooth, easy and quick. It was my first time and actually worried about little bit but it went very well. If I move my car again, I would definitely call '1st call auto haul' and give Eric's phone number to my friend. Thanks Eric!
