I would certainly use this company again. Eric was extremely helpful answering all my questions and explaining all the details. He even found a carrier right away when I needed my car picked up 4 days earlier than planned. My car was picked up and dropped off door to door, right in front of my apartment complex on both ends of the move, arriving in only 7 days. Pretty good timing for traveling cross country in winter. Of course my car arrived dirty from its cross country trip - but I didn't wash it before pickup either. I have shipped a car this way before so I knew it would arrive in this condition. Other than needing an expected wash my car arrived in the same condition and I knew it had been taken care of. I hope to never move cross country again, but if I do, I will use First Call again.
