I contacted 1st Call Auto Haul (as well as other transport companies) after seeing the reviews on this website. They were not the lowest, but their pricing was among the lower ones that I received. I choose Eric because he actually took the time to talk to me about the process, what he was doing to get me a good price, the busy season, fuel cost, etc. Everyone else just gave me a quote and wanted to know if I was ready to book. The transport truck came on time and while there was a misunderstanding of how much was due at delivery of the vehicle, Eric returned my phone call within minutes and everything was resolved just as quickly. The vehicle arrived at its destination one day earlier than quoted in good condition and no issues. I was very nervous about shipping my vehicle for the first time but everything went very smoothly. It has definitely been the easiest part of the move so far! Thank you so much Eric!
