Eric, from 1st Call, was great to deal with - this was our first attempt at shipping our car anywhere and he was very patient and answered all of my silly questions. The car was picked up early which was no problem, a day late on the other end, again not a problem because West Coast Transporters brought the car right to the house. I had been a little nervous about West Coast because of the reviews on this site but Jennifer, the dispatcher was great to deal with and she handled speaking to the driver when we couldn't understand each other on the cell phones.

I would definitely use 1st Call again!!
