Eric did a fantastic job in co-ordinating the delivery of our Volvo XC70. He was prompt, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about providing the best service possible. He was quick to respond to questions and kept in constant touch with us and the dealer regarding the progress of the delivery. Our anxiety over "we're not sure what we are doing and how all this works" was alleviated by his expertise and enthusiasm. Super job, Eric!
