Horrible experience and as unprofessional as it comes.
Richard is awful and I'm not sure how he sleeps at night. He promised me everything would be taken care of an then as the pickup date for my transport approached he went completely dark. Just decided to stop communicating with me and left me high and dry. POS in my opinion and I wouldn't recommend him under any condition.
