These guys are the worst. They drummed up business by giving me a low ball quote, knowing the actual contracted driver would not agree to it. The driver then held my vehicle hostage for the actual higher contracted fee, damaged my vehicle when loading and unloading it, and did not deliver it "door to door" as the broker promised, instead making me pick it up from a Walmart parking lot miles away. The broker's agent , Cisco, refused to answer his phone to intervene in the delivery debacle. The broker at the time of the quote said the vehicle was fully insured, but nobody will answer my calls to start an insurance claim for the damage. This avoidance of accountability is at very least sheer cowardice and at very best fraud. Beware of these guys. There are a lot of companies out thereto choose from, so do your research and for your car's sake, use another. The extra money is worth your piece of mind.
