I would never use this company based off my experience with someone named "Richard Wright" who I am guessing is one of the coordinators. Our full conversation is below.
Me - Hello Richard. Is $950 an accurate quote? When is the next available date to pick up?
Dick - that was almost a month a go. prices right now are around $1500 - $1600. you waited too long to make a decision. you might as well drive/sell it at this point.
Me - I might as well sell it?
Dick - yes, or drive it. because i know you wont spent that kind of money.
Me - Sounds like you hate your job.
Dick - i love my job. i just have a talent for spotting people that are a waste of time/cheap. so i make it easy on myself. you know, like the cheesy saying goes . "Work Smarter, not harder''
Whoever this guy is, he clearly has some issues and does not represent the company professionally. This was my one and only interaction with him. I ship cars almost monthly and will make sure to never work with this company.
