I contacted 1 flat rate to move my mother's car from Texas to NY. I was originally going to go with them, but kept shopping around after the quote. When I decided to go with someone else, I sent them an email letting them know promptly. Instead of acting professionally, they sent me a terrible website - bashing their competition with lies, and acted childish in doing so. As a consumer, I have the right to make the best choice for me, and I don't need any false or fake websites being sent. On top of it, they called my mother, and tried to schedule the car, AFTER they were canceled. The company that I went with has acted very professionally during the entire transaction. Buyer beware about false information, do your OWN homework, and make the BEST choice for you.
