I have used 1Flat-Rate twice to transport my son's car from college to home. Both time they have picked the car up on time and delivered it on the exact date they indicated at the time the order was processed. While the price was 50% higher this time than last, I attribute much of that increase to the sharp increase in fuel costs. And I am willing to pay a little extra to ensure that I don't have the problems constantly reported for less reputable companies.
Mike Falco was on top of the order every step of the way and made sure I had no questions or concerns. I will definitely continue to use 1Flat-Rate in the future.
