My car was picked up 6 days after my listing. I paid for premium service but still took a week to pick up. Delivery was delayed due to transport truck having brake issues. Transpport company tried to charge me $75 extra because driver left car lights on and needed to jump start car to move it during transport. Mike made sure I was not charged extra. Car was received very dirty, broken bracket that just happened to be over the battery but driver says it was like that when he opened hood. It was not. Day after delivery radiator hose needed replacement. Cant say if it was due to transport but .... I would not pay for premium service again and am questionable if I would use a transport service again
