I got tons of quotes from various transporters and had no idea which company to choose... and that's why I was visiting here. After reading reviews, I decided to have business with Ray, the primary contact person at 1Flat-Rate. Ray is knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, honest to me. Given the special situation I had (very limited time for pick-up/delivery), he helped found a carrier who can pick up and deliver my car at a perfect timing. The driver at American Eagle picked up my car one day earlier than the scheduled day, which is OK for me, and got it delivered on the EXACT date I want. In addition, Ray keeps calling me to update the shipping status to relieve my stress during the shipment.

Overall, the service I received is awesome. I will definitely use 1Flat-Rate again and want to recommend 1Flat-Rate to others!!
