During my first call to '1 Flat Rate', Ray took the time to explain how the industry worked and what to look out for in surveying auto transport companies. It was very helpful infromation and after checking with a number of companies, I found that the service commitment at '1 Flat Rate' to be superior. Once I placed an order with them to ship my car, the response time was very quick, the price was better than quoted and the delivery was early. All these indicate a company that takes their commitments to the customer seriously. When there was a bit of question over the exact delivery time, Ray made every effort to quickly resolve our questions and insure we had accurate information. I would not hesitate to use their service again.
