Ray was very helpful and upfront about everything. This was my first time shipping and he explained how the stuff works. I contacted more than 10 companies and 1-Flat-Rate was the only one that satisfied me from the beginning. The first driver failed on the day of pick up so they worked fast to get me another driver within my pick-up availability days. Overall A++ job and would recommend them.
