Timeliness, professionalism, quote price

I usually do not write reviews but I am very frustrated with this company. My first issue was that it took them multiple days to pull together a quote for me to ship my car from the Eastern part of Nebraska to the Eastern part of Iowa. They finally got me the quote right before my car was going to auction so I did not have time to shop other places. The initial quote was $350 but then the very next day when they were able to confirm a driver, the day I bought my car, they raised the quote $100. Now $450 is not an awful price but it was very annoying that they changed it last minute so that I couldn't shop, and beat the offer. You shouldn't raise 30% from your quoted price just a day previous. The biggest issues is timeliness. They picked up my car on 11/3 and delivered in 11/4. I was expecting the car title to be shipped from CoPart but the 1 Flat rate driver instead picked it up with the car and did not notify us of this. They then forgot to give it to us upon delivery. Multiple weeks went by without me receiving the title and after troubleshooting with CoPart, I decided to call 1 Flat Rate on 11/16 on the odd chance that they had it. They informed me that their driver did have it and that he had put it in the mail the day before, 11/14. So they had my title for 2 weeks and did not inform me of this and didn't even ship it expedited once they realized their mistake. They weren't even going to notify me of their mistake if I hadn't called them myself. I am making this review on 11/24 and I still do not have the title of the car. 1 Flat Rate gave me the number of the driver and it took me over a week to get ahold of him to figure out where my title was. They informed me that they shipped it postal so who knows when it will show up and I have no tracking number. This is multiple weeks that I have been without a car because of their mistake! The only positives I can say with this company is that I did receive my car promptly in good condition and the person that I spoke with on the phone at the company's main number, Julius, was always nice and as helpful as he could be given what he was dealing with. I would not use this company again given their error that has had me carless for multiple weeks.
