This company is extremely unreliable and not-professional. I was given a quote online, and when I called to confirm the price, the Customer Service person said that due to high demand, I would have to wait another week to have the price quoted to have my car picked-up. Then, when I mentioned that i would be willing to wait, since I was not in a hurry, they said that unless "I provided a monetary incentive to the Drivers", meaning that I was able to pay an additional $300, they would not pick up my car at all because of the high demand.
So, basically, they kept asking me to bribe the Drivers to have my car consider a priority otherwise, they could not guarantee they would pick up my car. That is extremely unacceptable! I will be contact the Better Business Bureau to report them as that sounded like some illegal dealings they were proposing.
