Outstanding! From the initial email inquiry and cost quote and between telephone calls and to the final delivery. This was my first time having a vehicle transported long distance - so I did my homework, and received multiple quotes with different pricing - from several other carriers before making a decision, but it was the NO DEPOSIT policy that sold me with 1Flat-Rate Transport, and after having spoke with both Brenda and Stephany who were very professional and able to answer all of my questions and concerns which was very important and meant a lot to me. I am sure that I must have appeared as a nervous wreck to them. My 1997 Pontiac Firebird was picked up May 29 in Memphis, TN and arrived May 30 Grand Forks, ND - two days ahead of schedule! No issues what so ever. Cecio (driver) was very courteous and professional, both in the loading, unloading and with the final transaction. I could not be happier with the outcome. Highly recommended.
