I had a wonderful experience with 1 Flat-Rate. The customer service team and the driver were extremely professional and friendly. They were always available to answer questions via phone and text. I was able to change my pick up date at no cost, and I didn't have to pay the delivery fee until I received the car. 1 Flat-Rate gave me the lowest estimate after I researched numerous companies, and there were no hidden fees. I highly recommend their services.
