I am very pleased with the service of 1-Flat Rate. They picked up and delivered the car on time. they were very patient with me since I had to have someone else receive the car and the bank gave the person a little trouble releasing the money. The driver, Egor, was great and came twice to deliver because of the bank situation. The broker and the driver, both were very courteous and professional. I spoke also with three different people at the office of 1-Flat Rate and they all were very helpful and professional. I have nothing bad to say about 1-Flat Rate, nor the driver who delivered my car. I will definitely use them again and refer their name to whoever is in need of transporting a car. Thank you so much
