This process was really nerve racking because of the horror stories associated with this type of service. I selected this carrier due to the recent feedback received and the estimate they gave me which was very competitive. After setting everything up, I was told that there might be a delay with the pickup because of logistics but they had another carrier with suspect ratings but after hearing about what caused those sub par ratings I decided to go ahead with them anyway. I was leery about this sub company but made the decision hoping for the best. It turned out the driver was very receptive and kept me informed throughout the entire trip which made me feel a lot more comfortable with my decision.
My only negative opinion of this whole was that the delivery was late due to mechanical problems, weather and traffic. It wasn't a big deal to me but it happened nonetheless.

I'm very happy with this company, both the initial company 1Flat-rate and Jack Musial Trucking. I would without hesitation use these guys again.
