This was one of the more nerve-wracking things I've had to deal with in a while because there are SO many brokers and carriers and twice as many horror stories to go with them. I chose 1Flat-Rate because their quote was at the low end of the middle quotes I got (the lower ones weren't that much lower and the people were shady "only if you book today and pay me a deposit now" types - not worth the savings). Also, most importantly, they were the only ones who absolutely did not require ANY money up front. I did not pay ONE PENNY until the car arrived, in perfect condition, at exactly the time promised. Communication was very good. They were courteous, responsive, and I can't say enough good things. The driver (Walter from CFR) who brought my car to me was a delight. Patient and pleasant and made it so easy for me. They did everything they said they would do, exactly the way they said they would. It was a relief and I'm grateful that I had the sense to use this company. Thanks guys!
