I am a real customer who was fortunate enough to finally trust in 1Flat-Rate to obtain transportation for my 1969 VW Vanagon Camper bus.

I was besieged with calls from companies promising either to help me obtain transportation or that they had obtained transportation but needed an upfront deposit before proceeding. However, I literally wasted many, many days and sleepless nights over their—empty- promises. I was so worried that I would never obtain transportation for my bus. Therefore, when Ray from 1Flat-Rate called me, I was extremely reluctant to trust that he and 1Flat-Rate could do what other companies could only promise to do. After Ray called me several times, however, and took the time and had the patience to explain to me over again how 1Flat-Rate differed from other companies, I finally, although still somewhat reluctantly, accepted his offer of help. Had I finally found a company I could depend on? YES! With 1Flat-Rate there are no such things as empty promises. The very NEXT DAY I was called by 1Flat-Rate and told that transportation had been obtained for pickup that very evening. No money up front was even mentioned, only that payment of $1,750 (you get what you pay for) was due upon delivery, and my bus was delivered just as safe and sound as when picked up—from Kentucky to California- well over 2,000 miles away.

Ray and the driver were with me all the way during transportation of my bus. If anything came up that I needed to know about, Ray or the driver emailed or called me. If I had any worries or questions, all I had to do was pick up the phone and speak directly with Ray or the driver. I could finally stop worrying.
